There are two types of measures from this point of view: the materialized where there is a set of build-in aggregation functions (count, sum, max, min, last...) and calculated measures where there is a whole portfolio of other functions calculated on the fly.

I'm not aware of such a possibility to extend the function for materialization of aggregates. The calculated measures can use public methods from .net assemblies what is fine particullary in case of very high number of function calls.
