Reset auto increment field to 1. How?

I know this is a newbie question, but can anyone tell me how to reset the auto increment field of my table to 1 or it's original value.

I've been using these tables for testing and the autoincrement field is huge now,  I've deleted all the records from these tables and want to start over with the first record being 1Start Free Trial
