How do I copy stored procedures from a database to another database

In SQL Enterprise Manager, expand the stored procedures node and select all the stored procs. Right click, select ALL TASKS and Generate SQL Script.

Click OK - this will export them to a SQL file. Run the SQL file in Query Analyser against your other database.

Another way would be to use all tasks/export data/copy objects and data.  Uncheck "COPY ALL OBJECTS" in the next window, then click the select objects button.  You can toggle off tables, etc. depending on what you want to bring over.  This works great for tables btw
