Turn elapsed seconds into DateTime format

One of my table's field has 1087941356 elapsed value. How do I use sql to turn it into
YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS local time ?

that is perfect ! how to make it to display close to local time ? because dateadd produces UTC time.

Try this:
Select DateAdd(Second, 1087941356 + DateDiff(second,GETUTCDATE(),getdate()), '1970-01-01') , DateDiff(second,GETUTCDATE(),getdate())

That should have been:
Select DateAdd(Second, 1087941356 + DateDiff(second, GETUTCDATE(), getdate()), '1970-01-01')
