How do I calculate thee week of the year if my fiscal year does not start Jan 1.
Some years will have 53 weeks and I would like to calculate that as well
I know that these values will have to be passed in


Declare @FiscalStartDate       dateTime   --Start of Fiscal Year
Declare @StartDay             Int             --Starting day of week
Declare @Date            DateTime   --Date to calculate week of year
