[SQL and .NET] Urgent question! Trouble getting connection from connection pool

Hi Experts,

I am currently facing strange problems with the application I wrote lately.

This application is intented to store loads of XML file in SQL server tables. I've created stored procs to which takes the xml file as an argument (actually it takes the filename as an argument used the procs described in http://www.experts-exchange.com/Databases/Microsoft_SQL_Server/Q_20670044.html)

Everything works fine for a while (say 45 min) until the error described below occurs:

System.InvalidOperationException: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached.
at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnectionPoolManager.GetPooledConnection(SqlConnectionString options, Boolean& isInTransaction)
at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection.Open()

I've searched the Internet and the most answers to this question is omitting to close a connection. I've searched the entire code to see if this is the case, but I could not find any flaw!
I've started to log the connectionstate and every time it is opened it is properly closed. Not even once the connection remained open.
I've used the Windows Performance Monitor to monitor the user connections. Nothing strange to see here. It does not reach the 15 connections.

Here's the connection string I use:
data source=192.168.1.181;initial catalog =MDMS ;Persist Security Info=True

I've changed the connection string to:
data source=192.168.1.181;initial catalog =MDMS ;Persist Security Info=True; Pooling=True; Min Pool Size=10; Max Pool Size=1000

but I'm not sure this is approprate.

Could any of you experts please tell me where to look for. It's baking my noodles.
