Wildcard Option in report parameter URGENT!!!

Hi there,

I have a report parameter that queries the table depending on its account type. The current options are GAM, and NonGAM. This works well - Hunky Dorey!!! BUT I also need to provide an "All" option by sending a wildcard to the field's query criteria. I have tried but failed dismally. How do I do this???

If its custom code, please tell me where it needs to go!
