How to create new Instance of SQL SERVER 2000 through command prompt

Hello,
    I am tring to create a new instance of SQL SERVER through Command Prompt,
   the utility called "osql" create new database  but not the new instance.
   I need a command through which i can do the same work of "new Sql Server Registration".
