The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Trying to find all procedures that use a given table...

Hi experts. I seem to recall that there is some way to retrieve a list of stored procedures that use a given table. I just made a slew of stored procedures that need to be moved to my test system, but I don't want to copy over anything already there. I was thinking this came somewhat standard as one of the system stored procedures in Sql Server 2000.

I might have been thinking of a procedure that returned as one of its columns the first 8000 characters or so of all procedures found by the stored procedure that was run.

I apologize that for the vagueness of this post. I'm just not sure where exactly to look here and thought one of you may know this off the top of your head.

It would help to have this quickly, but it's not a dire need. Thanks!Start Free Trial
