Question

where is the SQL 2000 reporting services install?

I can find service packs and such on microsoft website, and I have SQL 2000 Standard edition, IIS installed, but no reporting services. What am i missing.

Also where is the plugins for programming VB .NET SQL reporting services

Reporting Services comes along as a separate CD with Standard Edition.

When you install Reporting Services it adds itself as a plugin to VB.Net 2003.
