SQL Server 2005 logons vs users and Integration Services

I am having some troubel understanding the difference between logons and users in 2005 and how they are used.  I know only logins from SQL 2000.  Furthermore, while in Integration Services I'm being prompted for a username and password when trying to sepecify the database in my OLE DB Destination.

I already have BUILT IN\Administrators and sa logins having adequate access set for the database and also creaetd a user called "Administrator" in the users section but I cannot get the prompt to take authenticate when it prompts me in my OLE DB Destination properties.Start Free Trial
