OLAP  error(-2147221423) could not open server object

hello there ,
we are working with olap in mssqlserver 2000 , service pack 4.0.
since we upgraded our server , we have a problem that sometimes the cubes and dimensions are failed running,
until we stop and start the service mssqlserverolapservice manualy.

the error we get is : error(-2147221423) could not open server object

if you have any idea , pleaseeee help
