The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. schema user name can't access own tables

I am having this problem that appeared when we started experimentation with DB replication (I don't know if DB replication caused it, it just happened around that time)

All of the tables/views/procedures are owned by the account admincont.  All of the views/procedures specifically reference the admincont when refrencing the tables.

The application does NOT refrerence admincont.

The application logs in as admincont and issues select statement

This used to work:
select * from LocationTable

now I would have to
select * from admincont.LocationTable

what changed and how do I fix it so I don't have to modify my application queries or my DB queries.  I just want to refrence the table name without specifing owner.Start Free Trial
