Get TOP 20 of the data with position 20 as the "others"

Hi,

I need an SQL query to do this :

For a chart I need to create for a bunch of data, I need to display 20 slices in a pie chart.

The 19 first slices are top countries and the 20th slice contain every other countries.

Here is the simple table schema

ID
CountryCode
HitDate

So each time the website has a visitor, the table is fill by the automatic ID, the country code of the user and the exact date of the hit.

The pire chart should display the top 20 (19) countries of the visitors. Since there is a lot of countries, we do not want to surchaged the chart, so we take the most revelant (the TOP 19) and use the 20th position as "the others".

The records returned will be 20 rows with the following columns:

Count
CountryCode

That 's all ;)
