incorrect syntax

Hi, i think i've been staring at my code too long today because I'm just not seeing whats wrong with it. It says there's incorrect syntax near the word 'inner'. Hope one of you can spot it cause despite it being obvious i can't see it.

delete from cnso_conso
inner join cnso_trailers on cnso_trailers.trailerid = cnso_conso.trailerid
where (cnso_trailers.trailer_num='CGCTR01')

uhm, may i ask why the table is repeated in delete and from?

It's because you have a JOIN - in this scenario, you have to explicitly tell it where to delete records from as otherwise it wouldn't know whether you wanted to delete records from cnso_trailers or cnso_conso

ah nvm find an article that talks about using the table a second time to avoid the inner syntax error Thank you very much!
