Browse All TopicsI written an SQL statement as a stored procedure on MSSQL 2000 (standard edition), that returns data for a report based on certain date parameters declared. The parameters are automatic because everything that has a date = getdate() will be in the report.
The Stored procedure and subsequent SQL statement, must only run (be triggered) when a user refreshes a excel odbc report that uses the output for the report. A DTS package will run on schedule but what if the user runs the report before the DTS package runs and gets out of date information?
