SQLdumper library failed initialization

Hi,
Anytime I start the PC the following message appears: "SQLWriter SQLDUMPER library failed initialization. Your installation is either corrupt or has been tampered with. Please uninstall then re-run setup to correct this problem."  This started happening after I uninstalled MS Accounting.
A solution to this problem would be much appreciated.

Thank you so much for the prompt response and the excellent advice. I disabled the SLQ VSS writer as instructed and the problem disappeared.

i applied it to the server....will re-boot and check the backup job on Friday.

It looks like the SQL software is installed by MS Office 2007 as part of the Business Contacts add-on for Outlook, but when this is removed, it doesn't remove the SQL elements.

I've had this issue come up on 3 or 4 new computers. When you get a new installation of Office, it includes this Business Contact Manager. You used to be able to disable it, but now it just nags you to set it up every time you start Outlook until you finally uninstall it. When you uninstall it, it does not uninstall the SQL programs that come with it. The solution at the link provided by zuhairGmaty has worked in all cases.
