Help with pivot on normalized data

I need help pivioting data from a normalized database and totaling a sum of the pivoted columns.

Normalized data:
L_ID    Q_ID    E_ID    Values
1          20      1          100
1          20      2          200
1          20      3          550
1          21      1          350
1          21      6         175

Needs to query like:
L_ID Q_ID  Value1 Value2 Value3  Value4  Value5  Value6  Value7...etc.  Sum_Of_Values
1       20      100      200      550                                                                          850
1       21      350                                                            175                                475
