Backup in MSQL Server 2000

Hi,

Can someone please tell me how i can schedule a daily backup of a database onto a network, i.e. at the moments the backups are being created on to the following directory,

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\BACKUP

How can tell the MSQL Server 2000 to backup on to;

\\PE2900\Databases\Backup, where PE2900 is the server/computer name.
