With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? I need to show current year and prior year's employee scores in one 1 row for the report.

DATA LIKE THIS:
EMPID      FY       Q1      Q2      Q3      Score
43207      2006      10      9      9      8
43207      2007       8      7      8      8.95

NEEDS TO BE LIKE THIS:
EMPID      FY      PY       Q1   PYQ1  Q2   PYQ2   Q3   PYQ3   Score  PYScore
43207      2007   2006    10  8    9    9     8          9       8             8       8.95

Here's what I have so far, but can't get to display on 1 row.
