SQL Server Replication Log Reader failures

Executed as user: <windows account>. Replication-Replication Transaction-Log Reader Subsystem: agent <jobname> failed. The process could not execute 'sp_replcmds' on '<hostname>'.  NOTE: The step was retried the requested number of times (10) without succeeding.  The step failed. [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 14151).  The step failed.

After some time  it's in initializing state then in progress then failed.  What do you think is going on?Start Free Trial
