The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. repeating rows based on interval

I have the following data

project      plan      interval
pm1      plan1      1
pm1      plan2      4
pm1      plan3      12
pm2      plan1      1
pm2      plan2      3

here i have a project and in each different project I have different plkans to be carried out at different intervals,what id like to show is the following

pm1      1      plan1
pm1      2      plan1
pm1      3      plan1
pm1      4      plan2
pm1      5      plan1
pm1      6      plan1
pm1      7      plan1
pm1      8      plan2
pm1      9      plan1
pm1      10      plan1
pm1      11      plan1
pm1      12      plan3
pm2      13      plan1
pm2      14      plan1
pm2      15      plan2

basically the interval is on what count that specific plan per project will have to occur,could anybody help me with the working solution?
