How to generate Script of database with structure and data??

Hi,
like we generate the script for database in sql200 and sql2005 for database tables and objects, same as i want to generate the script for my database with the database object and also the data i want to script,
like script should contains the script for the table and also the data that is present in the table as below.
CREATE TABLE myTable
{
id int,
Name VARCHAR(100)
}

INSERT INTO myTable(1,'abc')
INSERT INTO myTable(1,'xyz')
INSERT INTO myTable(1,'hkj')

Is there any functionality present for this task in MS SQL Server or is there any external software which do this??? But i want the external software should consume minimal resources of the system, not too heavy??

I want the same kind of functionality for mysql,
please tell me how can we perform this in MYSQL and in MSSQL both??
