Roll back particular update to table

Asked by Annu in MS SQL Server

I have SQL Server 2000.

A couple of days ago I ran an SQL update on a table that truncated a field in a few hundred records. I have now realised that the truncate was incorrect.

Is there any way to reverse just that command?
