SQL DUMP --- SQL 2005

Immediate help appreciated.

This morning when I came in, my computer was indicating It was completely out of disk space. When I looked at the hard drive space, it was completely full. It was well over 40 gigs prior. When I opened up my LOG folder under MSSQL folder, I see the same 3 files over and over until it completely chocked my Hard Drive.

SQLDump0001.log
SQLDump0001.mdmp
SQLDump0001.txt

The # increases one digit each time its added. When I ran the task manager, the SQL2005 was completely occupying my PC. I had to stop the service completely to help fix this. Can anyone tell me how to fix this ASAP?
