Using SP Results in Another SP

Hi Experts,

I have a SP that I use to get 2 values returned, in a SELECT at the end of the complicated SP.
It does not have any "INSERT EXEC"s inside it.

I am trying to INSERT INTO the two values a Temp Table #tblRates in order to use them along with some other values in the output I am looking to achieve.

I can't seem to access a Temp Table across the procedures, or can I use insert exec
When I use insert exec Query Analyser locks up and no result is to be found?
