Problem With Update Query

Hi

I am trying to update a table with data from another table (lookup table) and am having problems

The Lookup table (tmpInvType)which contains the following fields
FirmID
gp_invtype_combo_group_id
gp_invtype_combo_group_id_NEW

The main table (tblGP_InvType_Combo), the one i want to update has:

FirmID
gp_invtype_combo_group_id

Basically I want to update tblGP_InvType_Combo with gp_invtype_combo_group_id_NEW from tmpInvType but only with what firms are in tmpInvType

I have a query below but am having trouble getting it too work
Any ideas
