Make queries faster on huge table with no primary key

We got a table with no primary key.
This table has 120 millions of records and it takes more than 6 minutes to query this table.
We cannot put any primary key because this will double the size of database from 1 gig to two gigs.
Is there any solution to tune up this table to speed things up?
