Last Date of Month

Zone: MS SQL Server

SQL Server 2000

I am interested to find last date of any given month using only day and dateadd command of sql server in one expression.

I am trying
declare @d datetime set @d='2006/06/27'
select @d+32 - day(@d+32)
This works and fails only when the given date is already last date of the month.
