How can I connect to Windows Internal Database?

We have a single server WSS 3.0 install that is using the embedded edition of SQL Server that installs by default. I need to prepare this database for migration to the 'real' SQL server, but I can't seem to open it with management tools recommended for the task. We found this article: http://www.mssqltips.com/tip.asp?tip=1577 and install the SQL Server Management Studio Express, but we cannot connect. I am wondering what I am missing. What is the username/password for this? I would like to think the Windows Integrated access would work, but maybe I have the wrong account to try?Start Free Trial
