Problems with maintenance plans and Agent Jobs

I am trying to Create Maintenance Plans that backs up user Databases on my server.
1. I create the plan either manualy or with the wizard.
2. I select the Databases to backup and assign the backup location.
3. When i try to create a schedule I get un unhandeled exception. Details have been put in the code section.
