Looking for a free Wiki that runs on Windows/SQL

Hey all, title says it all. I know all the best wiki's out there run on Linux and MySQL ... but curious to as if anyone has any recommendations for good (and free) Wiki's that run off of Windows/SQL? I heard from an old colleague that there is a wiki out there that behaves like MSWord, which would be great for those around me that don't know Wiki code. Anyone ever hear of such a thing?

Very cool ... I was heading in the direction of Flex Wiki already, but wasn't a big fan of its appearance. ScrewTurn might be a decent choice as well. I appreciate the link, but want to keep this open to see if anyone has any personal recommendations.
