Browse All TopicsI have linked to a SQL 2000 server from my SQL 2005 server. When I try to execute the following:
SELECT *
FROM 3DSERV.<Database>.dbo.mkst
I get the error:
Msg 102, Level 15, State 1, Line 2
Incorrect syntax near '3'.
I have checked the connection and the permissions on the servers and the connection succeeds. I have linked servers many times before and it has never been an issue. Any ideas?
