MSSQLServerADHelper service is used by SQL Server 2000 to register SQL Server 2000 with Windows 2000 Active Directory. It probably failed becuaseit could not reach the Active Directory server

unable start up MSSQLServerADHelper - Error Code -1073741724
Experts,
I have a urgent question that is I installed sql server 2k sp4, then I tried to restart sql server and sql server agent and mssqlserverADHelper, it gave me a error is
windows could not start the MSSQLServerADHelper on local computer.... refer to service-spcific error code -1073741724.
Can anyone give me the help?

I AM GETTING ERROR MESSAGE1073741724. I NOTICE A COUPLE OF THINGS. IN MY MSCONFIG MENU SSQL SERVER ACTIVE DIRECTORY HAS BEEN STOPPED. SAME THING IN SERVICES MENU AND CANNOT RESTART. CHECKING MY ERROR LOGS CONTAIN THIS MESSAGE: The SQL Server Active Directory Helper service terminated with service-specific error 3221225572 (0xC0000064).
ANY DOWNLOADS YOU SUGGEST? I TRIED REINSTALLING MY BUSINESS CONTACT MANAGER AND THAT DIDN'T WORK.

I am running windows 2003 and sp2, sql server 2000 EE and sp4
after I installed sp4, I can start up sql server and sql server agent but I can not start up
MSSQLServerADHelper. The error poped out is error code - 1073741724.
I can open EM and Query Analyzer.
Help please!
