SQL Server locks

can someone tell me how to find locks on SQL Server locks and how to kill those locks. also need a very very good links to learn about locks. right now form the scale 1--10 i am around 2 in case of locks.

to learn about locks, just look in the books online about transaction locks
to see which process locks other processes you can either execute sp_who2 or query against sys.sysprocesses
