I created a user with sysadmin role. But I would like this user only could access the specified database and no access permission for other databases. What should I do?

Those scripts will change the settings on the entire server. In a production environment where you have mutilple databases on a server, you should not give the vendors sysadmin permisions.
If I were you, I would ask the vendors to send the scripts so the DBA can run those on the server and remove them from sysadmin permisisons.

If that user belongs to sysadmin, then that user will have system admin ( meaning administrating the entire system). So no way you can revoke access for that user to other databases...

Just revoke sysadmin from that user role.
Grant revoke on all db's except the required database.
Grant appropriate SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, EXECUTE,... privileges as required on the objects as required.
This should suffice..
