Query to determine Patient Re-admits

I want to be able to determine what patients where Re-admit within 30-days.  The PPMDRno is the Main number for the patient, and when the PPPATno changes it's because it was a new admit. To determine the Lenth-of-readmit we look at the PPADDT (admit Date)
NOTE:  OUR ADMIT DATE IS NUMERIC (2009MMDD)
SELECT     PPGRPno, PPPATno, PPMDRno, PPNAME, PPPDOB, PPTYPE, PPDIAG, PPADDT
FROM         dbo.VW_HPPATMFL
WHERE     (PPGRPno = '30') AND (PPTYPE = 'IP') AND (PPADDT BETWEEN 20090901 AND 20090930)
ORDER BY PPMDRno
