USE master
go
alter database <dbname> set single_user with rollback immediate
go
sp_detach_db <dbname>
Once the database is detached, please use the below statements:
USE master
go
sp_attach_db <dbname>, @filename1 = 'New File location here', @filename2 = 'New File location here'
go
alter database <dbname> set multi_user with rollback immediate
