Have you given the ASPNET local account a login in SQL Server. You can do this in Management Studio under security.
Or if you are using SQL Express you can download Management Studio Express from here:

It may give you some clues about what to do to resolve this.
This may also have to do with the aspnet login not having access to SQL Server. Are SQL Server and IIS running on the same machine.
