A significant part of sql server process memory has been paged out. This may result in a performance degradation

Windows 2003 Server SP1 running SQL Server 2005 (x86) SP2, all of a sudden we get "Source: spid1s Message A significant part of sql server process memory has been paged out. This may result in a performance degradation. Duration: 0 seconds. Working set (KB): 10528, committed (KB): 1459260, memory utilization: 0%."

The only thing I have seen is for 64-bit SQL. Has anyone seen this error before?

When you say the database is too fragmented, is that a file fragmentation (i.e. the MDF file) or of the data within the database?

We have exactly the same issue as above.  I have checked and the file fragmentation is 69% on the drive (which contains just the database files, not logs etc).
