SQL SERVER 2005: CONFIGURE MEMORY

Running into "insufficient memory to run query" errors when performing scheduled maintenance tasks. I suspect this is due to improper configuration of memory or page file.
SERVER:  2003 64bit Enterprise Edition
SQL:  2005 64bit Enterprise Edition
RAM:  8GB
PROCESSORS:  4
SERVER PAGE FILE 2046-2092 MB
SQL 2005 CFG min server memory = 128 MB; max server memory = 2,147,483,647 MB; min memory per query 1024; AWE not checked
