Select records with duplicate column values?

Using SQLServer2005:

How do I select all records from a table, where column b is a duplicate?

ie, given the following data:

column_a | column_b
1                12
2                12
3                13
4                14
5                15
6                16
7                16
8                16

items 1 & 2 are duplicate
items 6, 7, 8 are duplicate
