Thanks Aneesh, I was able to import the package. But the problem actually is I cannot open it. The .dts package is full of ActiveX VB Code, but I cannot find a way to look at the code, since the the .dts file is saved as binary and when I import it into Sql Server 2005 seems there's no way to open the package and look at the details...
At the moment, the only solution I can see is to re-install Sql Server 2000 somwhere and load the .dts package there, but I was hoping for a better way.
