Relational databases in ms sql server 2005

Hi

I have been using ms sql server 2005 for the past 6 months and mainly used inner joins with unique indexes in the tables. One area that I havent covered is relational databases. I am trying to find out if there is a good tutorial on this subject and the principle behind it please.
