How do I delete unwanted stored procedures in SQL Server?

Got this link below from my webhoster. It describes proced to delete unwanted "dt_XXXXXXXXX" procedures that are causing dupicate entires on the compnay calllog website. It directs me to run a script presumably with the Qquery Analyzer tool. Then to copy  and paste results into another pane...
Can some help clarify or simplify this prosecss?
PS I am an abject beginner at SQL...
