Cannot initialize the data source object of OLEDB Provider"OraOLEDB.Oracle" for the linked server

Zones: SQL Server 2005, Oracle 10.x

When I created linked server in sql server 2005 for connecting Oracle server, I got the error message:
Cannot initialize the data source object of OLEDB Provider"OraOLEDB.Oracle" for the linked server.
How to fix it?
