The Solution Rating System

bypassing 8000 char limit on exec command

I am attempting to use a stored procedure which dynamically builds a query into a local var.  The problem I am encountering is if the query runs over 8000 chars in length, the exec command cuts it off (actually almost 1000 chars short of 8000 no less).  I've also noticed this with the print statement.  Is there a way I can shorten the load that is being executed here or bypass the limit all together?Start Free Trial
