Multiple Condition Formatting in SSRS

Hi,
I want to conditionally format a SQL report row using multiple conditions. I have not been able to get the syntax dialed in. I have a field called BAL in my tabular report. I want to make rows with the BAL > 0 "lightblue",  BAL < 0 "Red", and BAL = 0 "Transparent". Below is the singular condition format I have which works. Just not sure how to add in that second condition.

=IIF(Fields!BAL.Value > 0, "LightSteelBlue", "Transparent")

Nest the IIF
