Can't seem to in place upgrade sql 2005 express (sp2) to 2005 for workgroups?!?!

I'm trying to upgrade sql express service pack 2 to workgroup edition and can't seem to accomplish this.  I ran the command line parameters with no luck.  It seems to think that the edition I have is "above" what I am trying to install.  Any suggestions??Start Free Trial
