The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Adding data to one table when it has been added in another (see question for details)

Hey,
I got a problem that i cant get through even after extensive "Googling".
I have a table (tbl1) that has the same fields as another (tbl2),
When ever data goes in into tbl1 i want to add the same data into the same fields in tbl2.

How can i achieve this?
